Your Pull

It was whispered “forever” by you
Live to the last show all the hues
Detach from the coast live and laugh
Experience the renewed, don’t let it be last
Always strive to be new
I sit on the edge unsure of just what to do
At least you’re there with me dangling shoes
And the laces that tie and knot me to you
May one day become frayed perhaps severed too
I think to my childhood all that I would do
Lay shock and surprised looking upon stars spewed
Thinking they all connect at the perfect distance and view
How can you tempt fate to not grow and accrue
Like the interest on love spilling over and used
In excess from the axis accessing new born accounts
Unsought for clues, tracing to how we align via charts
How do you fit with I, does gravity choose?
